About GPI

Who We Are

Gospel Projects International (GPI) is a Christian missions organization that cares for orphans in South Asia. Our dream is to give orphan children a home and share the love of Christ with those in need. We are a small home-based ministry led entirely by volunteers. We’re regular people, just like you, who want to help people in need. Josh works in construction, and Anna is a stay-at-home mom. Anna loves horses, and Josh loves Anna. In addition to horses, they have dogs, cats, ducks, lizards, parakeets, chickens, and 4 kids. Together, Josh and Anna direct and run GPI from their small family farm in Wenatchee, Washington.

Our Beginning

GPI was founded in 2011 by Josh and Anna. As a newly married couple with a heart for helping children, Josh and Anna joined with friends and family to start a small orphanage home in South Asia called Aasha “Hope” Children’s Home. Starting this children’s home was a team effort. A group of committed individuals gave a small amount of support each month, and through this team-effort, the dream of caring for orphan children soon became a reality.

Paul and Krishna Gospel Projects International

Partners and Heroes

Nearly 14 years ago, Josh and Anna partnered with family friends Paul and Krishna in South Asia to begin caring for 10 orphans in a small rented home. To this day, Paul and Krishna remain the primary contacts in South Asia and oversee the day-to-day ministry operations at Aasha “Hope” Children’s Home. Paul and Krishna are some of our dearest friends. Through the years, they have worked tirelessly to help as many children as possible, enduring great hardships but remaining steadfast in their mission to help children. Paul and Krishna are some of our heroes – trust us, they are truly amazing people!

Our Mission

We want to help connect people like you with a child in need or with a missions-project that tugs at your heart. The world is huge, and the need is overwhelming. We know many people want to help, but sometimes the need feels so great that many well-meaning people don’t know where to start. We hope we can encourage you to take a step of faith and take action to help someone in need. You can do it! You can make a difference in someone’s life today!

Growth and Impact

It’s been amazing to see how God has enabled this ministry to grow so more people can be helped. GPI is currently caring for nearly 100 children in South Asia. Many people have made decisions for Christ as part of GPI’s ministry work, and our team has distributed over 650,000 meals to those in need. It all started with a simple dream of helping children. If we can do it anyone can. All God needs is regular people willing to take a step of faith, put some skin in the game, and take action.

GPI has been helping orphans in South Asia for nearly 14 years, and it’s been so fun to see some of the children we began caring for grow up and begin following their own dreams. We’ve had multiple “kids” get married and now have families of their own, and many others have pursued college and advanced education, several of them becoming nurses and one even a doctor. To us, this is the lasting impact. Together, we can give these precious kids a home, share the love of Christ with them, and equip them to go out and change their world.
