Hey Everyone,

Thanks for keeping Gospel Projects International in your prayers. We are so thankful for all the support and encouragement we’ve been getting from our ministry partners. Together, with your help, some great things have been happening with GPI and we’re excited to share an update of what God’s doing through our ministry.

A great outreach to Costa Rica

We have a good report to share with you about our mission trip to Central America! We led a team of nine people to Costa Rica from our home church in Hood River, Oregon, and had a wonderful time of ministry. We volunteered at a home for young mothers, shared the love of Jesus in an orphanage for abandoned and handicapped children, and ministered to prostitutes in downtown San Jose. Our primary ministry was door-to-door evangelism and Bible distribution in the village of Orosi. Distributing Bibles was a very effective method for evangelism and our team was happy to lead many people to Jesus.

It was also a growing experience for us to bring a team on a mission trip with us. We had a wonderful group of people, and it was great to help instill a vision for world missions into their lives. We feel that the trip was beneficial not only to the people in Costa Rica that we were ministering to, but also to our team from Hood River.

Expanding our ministry in India

We are excited to let you know that this month GPI was able to purchase a new speaker system for John Moses (one of our National Ministers in India). This is a huge blessing for John and his family and it will greatly empower him to reach more people for Jesus. Hopefully we will be able to purchase two more speaker systems later this month.
We are also currently making plans to expand our Bible school in India into a new village this fall. Having a second location for our school will greatly increase the number of village pastors and ministers that are able to receive training through our Bible School ministry. Also, the children in Aasha “Hope” Children’s home are doing very well. It’s such an honor to care for these precious children.

Luke 10:2 says, “…The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Thank you again for your prayers, support and friendship! We appreciate you so much!
